RETURNED SHIPMENTS

The product(s) must be returned in its original condition as received. There is a 25% restocking fee for incorrectly ordered product(s). Please call customer service at 281.482.1714 or email support@traceable.com with any further questions.

CALIBRATION AND REPAIR

Traceable Products is making a change to the servicing of our products. Traceable Products is no longer accepting returns, repairs or recalibration at Cole Parmer’s Webster, TX facility. These functions will be handled by Cole Parmer’s InnoCal Solutions located in Vernon Hills, IL.

WARRANTY:

Traceable Products warrants all products to be free from defective materials and workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months on parts and labor from the date of purchase. Defective products will be repaired or replaced at our option. Traceable Products's sole responsibility and the purchaser’s exclusive remedy for any claim arising out of the purchase of any product from Traceable Products is the repair or replacement of that product. In no event; 1) shall the cost of this exclusive remedy exceed the purchase price; 2) shall Traceable Products be liable for any special, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages, regardless of whether attributable to breach of contract, breach of warranty, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise. This warranty does not apply to calibration, damaged units, supplies, or batteries. Each of these terms and conditions are independent.
