Traceable® Thermometers
In the food industry, you’ll find that the temperature of food has to constantly be monitored while cooking to ensure that it is safe for consumption. We offer a diverse set of probes with a powerful range of features to ensure you get the one you need for your environment. Start off with the 4370 Traceable® Food/Waterproof Piercing Thermometer, capable of reading temperatures of up to 280°C, can withstand falls of up to 5-feet, and has an incredible 8” Stainless-Steel probe making it ideal for use in all situations. If you want to take your thermometer to the next level, the 4421 Traceable® Waterproof Food Thermometer offers minimum and maximum memory at the touch of a key, reaches temperatures of up to 300°C, and includes a pocket-clip which makes it ideal to carry around effortlessly. Lastly, we offer our most powerful unit, the 4364 Traceable® Waterproof Food HACCP Thermometer. This versatile thermometer includes minimum and maximum memory as well, but it outshines the rest by having both a movable stainless-steel thermometer with 180° positioning and an infrared thermometer which allows non-contact and non-invasive temperature readings from a distance.
